Terms of Service
These terms apply to every towing, breakdown repair, jump start, recovery and storage job carried out by Tow&Go. Booking a job by phone or WhatsApp means you accept them.

1. Services
Tow&Go provides 24/7 vehicle towing, emergency breakdown repairs, mobile jump starting, and vehicle recovery with compound transport and workshop support. Availability and response times depend on traffic, weather, road closures, and crew availability. Quoted arrival times are estimates, not guarantees.
2. Booking and authorisation
By requesting a callout you confirm you are the vehicle owner or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf, and that you have the right to have the vehicle moved from its current location.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are quoted before work begins and depend on distance, vehicle type, recovery complexity, and time of day. Additional charges may apply for winching, off-road recovery, specialist equipment, waiting time, or storage. Payment is due on completion unless we have agreed otherwise in writing or an insurer is settling directly.
4. Cancellations
Tell us as soon as possible if you no longer need a truck. A callout fee may apply once a crew has been dispatched or has arrived on scene.
5. Your vehicle and belongings
Remove valuables before transport. You are responsible for declaring modifications, low ground clearance, non-standard keys, immobilisers, electric or hybrid drivetrains, and any pre-existing damage. We are not responsible for items left in a vehicle.
6. Roadside repairs and jump starts
Roadside work is a temporary measure intended to get you moving or make the vehicle safe to transport. It is not a substitute for a full workshop inspection. Jump starting cannot repair a failed battery, alternator or charging system, and we may recommend a 12V replacement or full recovery instead.
7. Compound storage
Vehicles held in our compound accrue daily storage charges from the date of arrival. Vehicles are released only to the registered owner or an authorised representative, on proof of identity and payment of all outstanding charges.
8. Liability
We carry recovery insurance and take reasonable care at all times. Except where liability cannot be excluded by Irish law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as missed appointments, lost income, or hire vehicle costs. Report any alleged transport damage to us before the vehicle leaves our custody.
9. Safety on the roadside
For your safety, stay behind a barrier where one exists, wear a high-visibility vest, and keep clear of live traffic lanes while waiting on a motorway hard shoulder. Follow all instructions given by our crew on scene.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. Questions or complaints? Call us on +353 87 683 0010.
